After upgrade MariaDB to 10.6.4-1,
MythTV (ISDB modification from branch fixes/31 (1))
doesn't start anymore.

Then, after downgrade MariaDB to 10.5.12 (and restore datas),
MythTV starts well.
This issue happened at checking MySQL's features,
checking whether SQL has a CONVERT_TZ() command.
This issue is already reported by MythTV's community,
and maybe already upstream of Qt made fixes.
