Oh, indeed, what a bummer.
Interestingly, not even KDE is aware of that since they don't put the
LPGL into the LICENSES folder.
Anyway, ksystemstats 5.22.5 uploaded with updated copyright for the
three po files.
One comment: I included LGPL-2.1 and LGPL-3.0, but NOT the "KDE-approved
....blabla" since I don't really know what the text should be in the
case of LGPL. The license terms are OR-ed, so LGPL-2.1 or 3.0, both are
fine for Debian and included.
