Bug#996821: kded5: should kded5 depend on gsettings-desktop-schemas?

Dear Maintainer,
It seems kded can not be started if gsettings-desktop-schemas is not installed.
The error message is:
kded5[55829]: Settings schema 'org.gnome.desktop.interface' is not installed
After installed gsettings-desktop-schemas I can start plasma-kded as a
user service.
So should we depend on it? Or if we should depend on some kde packages that also
provides 'org.gnome.desktop.interface' schema?
