Bug#992608: krdc: unable to use rdp protocol

Dear Maintainer,

After upgrading to version 4:21.08.0-1, rdp can no longer be used in krdc.
The "Connect to:" dropdown only has one item, vnc, and existing rdp
addresses cause a dialog titled Unusable URL -- KRDC to appear with the
text: The entered address cannot be handled. 

Downgrading to version  4:20.12.3-1 (bullseye) resolves the issue.
