libktorrent and ktorrent move to KDE Gears

Hi all,

libktorrent and ktorrent became part of the KDE Gears package with
changed version numbers.

I have updated the packaging to 21.08 version, and plan:
* move the git repo from the extra to the kde group
* upload it with changed maintainer (not Extra group) and
  updated Uploader (drop Modestas Vainius and add myself)

Any objections to these moves?
