Bug#987063: gwenview: looses image metadata on jpg rotation

Justification: loss of exif metadata.  A photographer would say "grave severity"!

Thank you very for filing this bug.  I agree, this is a nasty issue that
will compromise Debian's reputation for reliability and a reassuring
policy of no data-loss bugs in stable releases.  IMHO this bug is RC,
but strictly speaking metadata isn't data, which is why I chose
"important"...nevertheless, no one should be punished for viewing a
photo in Gwenview rather than Darktable!
