Dear Maintainer,

The new version of KImageFormats, 5.78, includes support
for AVIF images. However, with the version that has been
uploaded to Experimental, they still fail to display.

The build log suggests libavif is a missing optional dependency.
This is already in the repositories so it should hopefully be a
trivial addition to the builddeps as long as it causes no other issues.
