Bug#973843: kwin-wayland: Plasma desktop crashes with Wayland

Dear Maintainer,
logging on to KDE with X is OK. Logging on to KDE with Wayland restores
previously open apps, but the Plasma desktop crashes and gets restarted twice,
then stays off: no desktop, no bar.
