Bug#970998: okular forgets bookmarks when switching tabs

Package: okular
Version: 4:20.08.1-1

Bookmarks disappear from the Bookmarks menu for the current file whenever you
open another file or switch to another tab.

The bookmarks return if you reload the PDF, but disappear again as soon as you
switch to another tab.

How to reproduce/verify:

1. open a PDF file

2. create some bookmarks in it (Ctrl-B, or Bookmarks -> Add Bookmark)

3. check the Bookmarks menu to see that the bookmarks exist

4. open another PDF. It will open in a second tab.

5. switch tabs back to the PDF you created the bookmarks in.

6. check the bookmarks menu - all the bookmarks you created for this file will
   be gone.

7. press F5 to reload the PDF

8. the bookmarks will be there again.

9. switch tabs to the other PDF

10. switch tabs back to the bookmarked PDF.

11. the bookmarks will be gone again.

12. reload the PDF again and the bookmarks return

So, the workaround is to reload the PDF every time you switch back to it.
This shouldn't be necessary. Okular should be able to keep track of the
bookmarks for the different PDF files in each tab....the fact that it doesn't
makes the Bookmark feature nearly useless.

NOTE: This bug has been present for a long time, I first noticed it over a
year ago but haven't reported it until now.

BTW, I use both qpdfview and okular (and other PDF viewers) very frequently -
they all have their pros and cons when viewing particular PDFs. qpdfview has
its own quirks but it can keep track of bookmarks for multiple files.
