I have now prepared merge requests for fixing ktp-common-internals, ktp-accounts-kcm, and kaccounts-providers respectively [1] [2] [3]. These issues are all fixed in new upstream releases, but I am not comfortable with such an undertaking and hope these fixes will suffice in the meantime.
