Patching Qt 5.11 in Buster

Please pardon me if it is not the right place or way to ask, it's my first mail here.

We are facing an annoying issue in Qt < 5.12 which prevent from using flags on scoped enums

This has been fixed in Qt 5.12

Is there any chance that this could be backported in Qt 5.11 ?
