Bug#948764: pyside2: arch all FTBFS on 32-bit architectures.

Doing a full build (architecture dependent and independent packages) of pyside2 fails on 32-bit architectures (a build that only builds architecture-dependent packages seems to be fine). I noticed this while working on updating pyside2 in raspbian, but it's happening on the reproducible builds site too, so it's not raspbian-specific.

      The fix is trivial, just a replacement of 64 with ?? in the path.
