Bug#864222: kwin-x11 in current testing crashes everytime, not only ffplay missing window decorations

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
	=> upgrade packages to latest in testing.
   * What was the outcome of this action?
   	=> when logging in, KDE plasma desktop shows but all the
	applications, like konsole, firefox, ... were missing window
	decorations.  Konsole still works, without titlebar and menubar.
	Using `ps axw` I could see something like 'kwin-x11 --crash n'.

   Then I changed my repository from testing to unstable and upgraded
   all the packages (including KDE packages) to latest in unstable,
   which gives kwin-x11 5.19.5-3, kwin works correctly.  All the
   application windows are back to normal.
