Bug#973869: ark: Ark does not finish deferring links as unzip does when extracting zip files

Extracting zip files with ark I noticed this bug.

Steps to reproduce it:

Create a folder with any file and a link pointing to that file

Compress de folder with zip -y -r folder.zip foldername

Delete de folder

Extract de folder with unzip -> the link works

Delete de folder

Extract de folder with ark -> the link is not refered to the file
