Considering that: - cervisia hasn't received a lot of development in the last decade, barely making the port to Qt5/KF5 - GNU arch basically died a decade ago then IMHO there is no point to keep this wishlist open anymore, since IMHO it is extremely unlikely that anyone will ever try to do this.
