Dear Maintainer,
there are several bugreport involving plasma_engine_keystate that after latest
updates stops working.

sddm theme capslock alert, systemsettings numlocks on/off at start,
keyboardindicator and all plasmoids using keystate engine stop working.
Investigating it seems that kmodifierkey_xcb.so is missing.
on my system I've solved rebuilding kguiaddons-5.62 after add
usr/lib/*/qt5/plugins/kf5/kguiaddons/kmodifierkey/kmodifierkey_xcb.so
to
libkf5guiaddons5.install
