Dear Maintainer,

Sometimes 'copy' menu item got disabled in khtml part (see attachment) and Ctrl+C stops working too.
It happens randomly and affect both english and non-english pages.
When it happens, the only way to avoid it is to close any affected tab.

I still dont know how to reproduced it with guarantee, it just happens sometimes in both squeeze and wheezy.
