Dear Maintainer,

Konsole in Debian repos got quite outdated, and upstream accumulated a lot of
bug fixes
and major features like support for extended DECSCUSR escape sequences (helps
for nvim)
and proper window splitting.

Please upload the latest upstream version (at the time of writing - 19.08.0).
