Bug#932902: akregator: Dolphin generates error due to Akregator

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
Right click in Dolphin on a file
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
I don't know what it would lead to if it worked :)
   * What was the outcome of this action?
An error in .xsession-errors (and I think it slows down context menu in
Dolphin).
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
No error and possibly some menu for akregator in Dolphin.


The error in .xsession-errors show:

   org.kde.kcoreaddons: Error loading plugin "akregatorplugin" "The shared
library was not found."
   Plugin search paths are ("/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/plugins",
"/usr/bin")
   The environment variable QT_PLUGIN_PATH might be not correctly set

Removing this file removes the error (but also the potential feature):
/usr/share/kservices5/akregator_konqplugin.desktop

If I may guess I would say that the line ''X-KDE-Library=akregatorplugin'' is
wrong in some way. The plugin search path looks ok, containing some akregator
files.
