Bug#932385: okular: Custom shortcuts do not save

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?

I tried to create a keyboard shortcut for "Toggle Change Colors"

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

Settings > Configure Shortcuts... > make sure no other Actions are already
using the shortcut I would like to use > select "Custom" radio button under
"Toggle Change Colors" > input shortcut key sequence > click "OK"

   * What was the outcome of this action?

The assigned shortcut works exactly one time and then fails to function
anymore.  Going back into Configure shortcuts you can see that "Toggle Change
Colors" has no shortcuts assigned to it.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

For the custom shortcut key sequence to be saved and work.

I tried various shortcuts, including key combinations, F-keys, and single
alphanumeric characters, such as:

Shift+I
F12
Y
