This isn't a Qt5 bug at all.  If you try and link Qt5 in a Sid chroot on an old enough Debian version, the same thing happens because of missing kernel functions.  It's a host kernel issue.

Since the kernel in this instance isn't Debian's I don't think it's a Debian bug either.

I'm not one of the Qt maintainers, so I'm not going to change the status of the bug, but I think the correct thing to do is to close it.  No Debian issue here.
