Bug#921436: kde-spectacle: rectangular region + dual monitor clips the desktop, making impossible to capture left monitor

Package: kde-spectacle
Version: 18.04.0-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

My current setup is as follows:

Two 1920*1080 monitors one to the right of the other, extending my KDE desktop
from the main one to the right one.

To reproduce the issue:

* Press Print Scrn or run spectacle (other capture methods are not affected)
* Select "Area: Rectangular Region"
* Press "Take a New Screenshot"
* The left screen (what used to be on the left monitor) gets shifted half of the
screen to the left, showing only the right part; the right screen gets also moved
to the left, showing the left part on the left screen and the right part on the
right screen. The right part of the right screen gets black. See figure:

                               vvvvvv Black region

When this happens, I cannot take a screenshot of 50% of the window
of my main monitor. The typical use case I do of a rectangular region
screenshot is to show the content of a windows without showing the
border/url/status bar.

I belive this is the same bug that the one reported at:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kde-spectacle/+bug/1773246

This is a regression from previous versions/kscreenshot, as I used
to use rectangular region screenshot a lot before on of the last
updates. I don't know if it is however, a regression on the package
or of any other kde/screen stuff it uses.

Thank you!
