Bug#946044: dolphin/kio: notification of file copy/move operations still depends on old kde4 packages

Dear maintainer,
why do the notification operations related to copying / moving a file
depend on old packages of kde 4:14?

If I remove these packages (previous release 4:4.14.38): "kate-data
katepart kdelibs-bin kdelibs5-data kdelibs5-plugins kdoctools
libgpgme++2v5 libkatepartinterfaces4 libkcmutils4 libkde3support4
libkdeclarative5 libkdecore5 libkdesu5 libkdeui5 libkdewebkit5
libkdnssd4 libkemoticons4 libkfile4 libkhtml5 libkio5 libkjsapi4
libkjsembed4 libkmediaplayer4 libknewstuff3-4 libknotifyconfig4
libkntlm4 libkparts4 libkpty4 libkrosscore4 libktexteditor4 libplasma3
libsolid4 libthreadweaver4"

I get these results:
- on notebook: no problem, view the animation of the circle in the system tray
- on desktop: I no longer see the animation in the system tray but a separate
window appears.

Where is the problem?
