Thank you for an explanation.

In not Debian related project we always download QtWebkit sources from this
repo. For example:
https://download.qt.io/snapshots/ci/qtwebkit/5.6.4/latest/src/submodules/
https://download.qt.io/snapshots/ci/qtwebkit/5.9/latest/src/submodules/


I have noticed new tarball at Friday, but had not enough time to investigate
the situation in common. Tarball version 5.13.1 made me false impression that
since now QtWebkit versions will be in sync with latest Qt versions like it
was before...

No, QtWebkit 5.212.0~alpha3-4 works pretty fine in Debian for me. Except some
problems with YouTube...
