Such a file would be useful. > +1 ! I was just about to file a bug on this topic, because I've finally gotten fed up about this. Steps to reproduce: 1. Install Debian with KDE Desktop 2. "see foo.png" opens with gwenview 3. Install calibre (installs ImageMagick as a dependency) 4. "see foo.png" now opens in Imagemagick :-( The only workaround I'm aware of is /etc/mailcap.order.
