Bug#925310: AudioCD extraction no longer works with Konqueror / Dolphin

Hi,

This bug is probably on the underlying KDE infrastructure, i.e.
kio-<something>, but I could not locate the exact package so I give
you the entry point. It manifests itself as
follows :
DO : insert an audio CD in your reader
DO : in Konqueror or Dolphin, open : audiocd:/FLAC?device=/dev/sr0
EXPECT : the list of CD tracks in the FLAC format does appear
ACTUAL : nothing appears, preventing the extraction from working

Note that I could reproduce it on a box with two CD readers. Unsure what
happens with only once CD reader.
Note also that this is a regression introduced in Buster. In Stretch
this thing worked, but it used Stretch's Konqueror, which was based on
Qt4.

Workaround : run the extraction with K3B.
