Bug#923973: /usr/bin/spectacle: Spectacle does not work when using windows mode. Other mode OK (rectangulr, full screen, ...)

It is the most usefull mode and the one that does not work. It is not new but several
kde version have been released with no progress.
In previous version it carshed. Now it just hangs (does not come back form hiding).
