Hello Matthias,
I have installed Discover with 'sudo apt install plasma-discover -t unstable' today, but I think we still missing the following dependencies:
qml-module-org-kde-kcoreaddons
(without only a empty gui is shown)
qml-module-qtquick-dialogs
(without the the side panel with the application descriptions and screenshots is not shown, which appears if you click on a app from the list)
