Bug#915122: extra-cmake-modules: FindQHelpGenerator does not work for cross compilation

This is fixed upstream in [1]. With that change, FindQHelpGenerator
uses Qt5HelpConfigExtras.cmake which has the correct path:

  set(imported_location "${_qt5Help_install_prefix}/lib/qt5/bin/qhelpgenerator")

However as Qt5HelpConfigExtras.cmake is in qttools5-dev, the affected
packages will need to build-depend on it in order for the fix to work.

That commit will be in 5.53.0 release, to be released on December 8th.
