Bug#759618: recheck the option

Hi,

The issue has returned with kmail (4:18.08.1-1).  Even though I have "Prefer 
HTML to plain text", messages all show up with the following text within a red 
box: 

Note: This HTML message may contain external references to images etc. For 
security/privacy reasons external references are not loaded. If you trust the 
sender of this message then you can load the external references for this 
message by clicking here.

This workaround no longer works.
