qdoc is generated two times: one during the binary build in order to ship it 
so other packages can create .qch documentation, and the other during the 
indep build in order to generate qttool's own .qch documentation.

Does the explanation above solves this? Please do not hesitate in asking me

Right, qttools but not the other docs.
