Bug#894315: konsole: boxes in programs such as dialog or aptitude using ncurses>6.0 are garbled

Dear Maintainer,

after upgrading libncurses, some text mode programs started to display
boxes wrong. See bug 892923 for a screenshot. This was reproted upstream
as https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=384620 and fixed
recently. There's also a patch that could be backported.
