I setup a thin client using just an X server and every application
running on another machine (on the thin client I run "X -query
fastcomputer")

Some background of gcompris is not displayed. I don't have this bug if I
start gcompris on "fastcomputer" so I guess the bug is related to the
use of XDMCP for the remote connection.

I also guess that the background is displayed using tiles since not all
the same parts are missing depending on the gcompris games. Maybe the
bug is in X11 but I would be surprised since every else (GNOME) works
fine.

fixed upstream or doesn't have enough information for me to reproduce.
