Bug#887442: libkf5identitymanagement-dev is wrongly marked Multi-Arch: foreign

Package: libkf5identitymanagement-dev
Version: 17.08.3-1
Severity: important
Tags: patch
User: helmutg@debian.org
Usertags: rebootstrap
Control: affects -1 + src:akonadi-calendar

akonadi-calendar has unsatisfiable cross Build-Depends. It is difficult
to analyze why and I don't fully grok it, but having the problem somehow
contains libkf5identitymanagement-dev being Multi-Arch: foreign. It is a
shared library and ships cmake stuff on architecture-dependent paths.
This is a no- go for using Multi-Arch: foreign. Please remove the wrong
marking. Such wrong markings make stuff break in very subtle ways and
are very hard to diagnose. Please fix this in unstable (not just
experimental) in a timely manner (< 3 weeks). I can look into NMUing if
you are short on time.
