Maybe (and as long as we don't trigger a transition) we should consider
using -opengl es2 on arm64 too. I think we just misssed it.

The ARM video landscape changed a lot since this bug was filed.

According to a [nullr0ute] blog post Desktop OpenGL on arm is not so distant, 
specially in new arm64 devices.

So for now we will keep arm64 with Desktop OpenGL.

This of course can be reconsidered later.
