baloo-widgets5 cannot satisfy its cross build dependencies, because it
transitively depends on libkf5service-dev for both the build and host
architecture, yet libkf5service-dev is implicitly Multi-Arch: no. Indeed
libkf5service-dev properly puts all architecture-dependent files on
architecture-dependent paths and lacks any maintainer scripst. Thus
marking it Multi-Arch: same is safe. Please apply the attached patch.
