I keep having visual glitches when launching either firefox or thunderbird
because kwin crashes almost sytematically (at least 8/10).

I have the error message for kwin in the message box but no backtrace
no nothing. Once automagically restarted it works correctly.

Following the linked upstream bug it points out that this is fixed with:
http://code.qt.io/cgit/qt/qtdeclarative.git/commit/?id=4d375f3f2b95bfcb322402df3525db6cc7a723ce
Which is part of qtdeclarative 5.7.1 currently in stretch. So I'm closing this issue.
