Bug#864293: libkscreenlocker: Screen locks with message "the screen locker is broken and unlocking is not possible anymore"

Package: libkscreenlocker5
Version: 5.8.6-2
Severity: important
File: libkscreenlocker

Dear Maintainer,

When I leave my KDE alone long enough, the screen locker normally starts (it used to to). Now, it gives
a black screen with this message: "the screen locker is broken and unlocking is not possible anymore"
The message then gives some actions to do to unlock the screen. Those actions work.

The problem is that if a inexperienced user gets this message he'll be lost... That's why
I consider this bug "important".

I have reproduces this bug twice today.

I've checked the web about this. The only thing I've found is this :

https://forums.opensuse.org/showthread.php/518831-The-screen-locker-is-broken-and-unlocking-is-not-possible-anymore

I've checked my hard disk for sapce and everythin looks fine :
