Bug#863874: qbs: inexact package description

Source: qbs
Severity: minor

Dear Maintainer,

the package description for qbs is:

---snip---
cross-platform build tool from Qt

Qt is a cross-platform C++ application framework. Qt's primary feature is its
rich set of widgets that provide standard GUI functionality.
---snap---

The detailed description seems to be copied from the Qt packages.
Also, while qbs is hosted under the umbrella of the Qt project, it's a general
purpose build tool that can be used without Qt.

I suggest to change the package description to something like

---snip---
cross-platform build tool

Qbs is a general purpose cross-platform build tool that aims at fast and
correct incremental builds. It features a project description language that is
similar to QML.
---snap---

Also, this package should probably get the following additional tags:
  devel::buildtools implemented-in::c++ interface::text-mode works-
with::software:source

Best regards,

Joerg
