Bug#858620: okular freezes regularly the whole desktop for 10 seconds or so. Happens quite often.

Dear Maintainer,

when okular is open and running, the whole desktop freezes regularly for
ten seconds or so. After that the desktop becomes responsive again. This
happens quite often, every few minutes or so, which renders the bug
quite annoying if you tend to have okular always open. 

I cannot tell what triggers a freeze, but I have already
confirmed that the problem goes away once okular is closed and not running.
