Package: bluedevil Version: 1.0~rc2-1 Severity: importantBuedevil not find any device while scanning from the GUI, but find my devices if I run "hcitool scan" while bluedevil is looking for new device.I think the KDE daemon is not able to put the device in "scan mode" and is not able to use this if i reach to pairing it with my pc (with the hcitool trick).--- System information. --- Architecture: i386 Kernel: Linux 2.6.32 Debian Release: squeeze/sid 500 testing ftp.it.debian.org --- Package information. --- Depends (Version) | Installed ====================================-+-================ kdebase-runtime | 4:4.4.5-1 libbluedevil1 (>= 1.7) | 1.7+dfsg-1 libc6 (>= 2.1.3) | 2.11.2-5 libgcc1 (>= 1:4.1.1) | 1:4.4.4-8 libkdecore5 (>= 4:4.4.4-2~) | 4:4.4.5-1 libkdeui5 (>= 4:4.4.0) | 4:4.4.5-1 libkfile4 (>= 4:4.3.4) | 4:4.4.5-1 libkio5 (>= 4:4.3.4) | 4:4.4.5-1 libqt4-dbus (>= 4:4.5.3) | 4:4.6.3-1+b1 libqtcore4 (>= 4:4.6.1) | 4:4.6.3-1+b1 libqtgui4 (>= 4:4.5.3) | 4:4.6.3-1+b1 libstdc++6 (>= 4.2.1) | 4.4.4-8 bluez | 4.66-1 obexd-client | 0.28-1 obex-data-server | 0.4.5-1+b1 Package's Recommends field is empty. Version: 4:5.2.0-1~ Hi,For quite sometime now bluedevil has became a part of KDE Plasma, and was migrated to use the KDE Frameworks 5, on top of qt5, which leaves little in common with the kde4 version this bug was originally reported to. As expected, I'm not being able to reproduce the issue reported here, so I'm closing the issue. Please, if you manage to reproduce the issue with a newer version of bluedevil create a new report, to avoid mixing the reports with kde4 versions.Happy hacking, -- "Any change looks terrible at first." -- Principle of Design Inertia Saludos /\/\ /\ >< `/Attachment: signature.asc
