I understand that Plasma wasn't working for you a couple of years ago, about the time when we were switching from qt5 5.4 to 5.5. My guess is that you were affected by an issue caused by this migration. I'm closing based upon this guess, and the fact that we can't really do much if we don't understand the issue.
Please, check the lacking bundles, which are giving problems to enter the environment KDE/Plasma.
I guess you mean packages instead of bundles, but I'm not sure. From your name and mail domain I assume that your first language is Spanish, so if you want, you can send me a private mail in Spanish explaining your problem.
