Bug#856962: kde-config-touchpad: Enable/Disable Disable-touchpad-when-typing not working, probably due to libinputdriver

Dear Maintainer,

Tried to enable disable touchpad when typing on kde-config-touchpad, but the function does not work presumably due to the libinput driver. tried editing libinput configs, but to no avail.
