Bug#856795: Please hide desktop entry in non-KDE desktops

Hi,

as most desktop environments bring their own snapshot utility, it would
be good if org.kde.spectacle.desktop would not show up in the menu for
those desktop environments.

Please consider adding a
OnlyShowIn=KDE;
key or at least a
NotShowIn=GNOME;
