¡Hola!

I'm closing this issue, the original report hasn't been valid for a long time and the follow up shows an unrelated issue.

The original issue seems to be related to a broken upload of kde-workspace (icons and font rendering), for a version that's older than oldstable and was most probably fixed in the next upload, while the second one seems to be related to a not working installation of kwin.
