Fathi Boudra <fabo@debian.org> has retired, so can't work on
the kde-baseapps package anymore (at least with this address).

We are tracking their status in the MIA team and would like to ask you
to remove them from the Uploaders list of the package so we can close
that part of the file.

(If the person is listed as Maintainer, what we are asking is to please
step in as a new maintainer.)

Thanks.

       libkonqsidebarplugin-dev, and libkonqsidebarplugin4a binaries

     - update the patches accordingly:
       - kubuntu_ignore-tests.diff: drop, no more needed
     - pass -DBUILD_dolphin=false -DBUILD_konqueror=false

   * Remove kdialog, as it will be provided by an own kdialog source:
     - update install files
     - pass -DBUILD_kdialog=false to cmake
     - clean not-installed file
     - make kde-baseapps-bin depend on kdialog, to avoid breaking all the rdeps.
