Bug#885111: kdepim-runtime depends on libkolab-dev

Hi,

I had the same problem.

I just built a fake, empty "libkolab-dev_1.0.3_all.deb"
with 'equivs' and pushed it to my private repos;
then I uninstalled all the useless libkf5*-dev packages
and everything runs fine.
