Hi, Thanks for the information. Since the package doesn't have any tags or notes about Qt4, I assumed it was migrated to Qt5. Also, thanks for your suggestion. Currently I'm using other SoundKonverter for ripping audio CDs, will resume using the plugin later when the Buster Qt4 removal is complete and the package gets updated.
