Bug#847085: qtcreator: GNOME Software catalog entry missing

This issue - while real - isn't the cause for QtCreator being missing
(it only affects kfreebsd). Instead, the problem is that QtCreator's
.desktop file and metainfo file are in the wrong package,
qtcreator-data, and that they have issues:
https://appstream.debian.org/sid/main/issues/qtcreator-data.html

The solution is to fix the metainfo file and to move it and ideally
the .desktop file as well to the qtcreator package (=> File a bug
against the qtcreator Debian package).

Cheers,
