Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation?
untranslated strings in dolphins contextmenu coming from a missing
translation
of ark.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
used the version by debian 16.04.3 which includes an old translation.
* What was the outcome of this action?
untranslated contextmenu entries for ark.
Later I checked ark and found untranslated strings there too
* What outcome did you expect instead?
translated strings
I manually compiled 16.12.1 kde-l10n-de and checked the strings again
and they
were all translated.
I guess kde-l10n version should match at least with the kde applications
version like ark or
dolphin in version number to have proper translation
